Production Assistant

Blossom Coffee Roasters is a speciality coffee company founded in Manchester in 2020. We are a small, passionate team that is dedicated to sharing the highest quality coffee, and operating in a way that is responsible towards people and planet.

As a growing company, we are on the lookout for an ambitious, motivated individual to support our production operations and play an integral role in ensuring the best possible experience for our partners.

As our Production Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Packing and fulfilling wholesale and online orders to Blossom’s quality standards
• Maintaining an exceptionally clean and organised production space
• Local deliveries using our electric van
• Assisting with maintenance of roastery equipment
• Assisting with quality control procedures
• Production roasting

This is a full time role with working hours of 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday.

Requirements:

• A passion for coffee and and a desire to build a long-term career in the industry
• Exceptional attention to detail
• High standards of cleanliness and organisation
• Highly motivated, hard-working and professional
• Focused and accountable for achieving and maintaining high standards
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a small team
• Full, clean, UK driver’s licence
• Evidence of the right to work in the UK
